Billy Diabo is a retired RCMP officer, a former Chief of Counsel in Kahnawake, and an avid hunter and fisherman. He hasn’t bought meat in more than 35 years. In his freezer, you’ll find deer, moose, bear, geese, salmon, trout, sturgeon and more- and his favourite – Walleye. Billy’s a great teacher and was really excited to invite Chef Rich, Treena, and the Wild Game crew, and show us all how it’s done.
