Chef Rich Francis LOVES Oysters. Wanna know how much? The day before Chef Rich and the Wild Game film crew came to meet Chef Charlie Sark here on Lennox Island, they filmed the opening sequence of the episode at the Malpeque Oyster Barn, just across the bay. One of the scenes involved filming Chef Rich eating a dozen oysters. But, as is sometimes typical when filming, they needed Rich to repeat the action a few times so that it could be filmed from a number of angles. By the time they had finished, Chef Rich had eaten 72 oysters.The next day they arrived at Chef Charlie Sark’s front porch, where Charlie wanted to show Rich some of his signature oyster presentations.
