Jimmy Kalinek is an Inuvik-based guide and outfitter (Only Way Outfitting) who has become a good friend of Chef Rich and the Wild Game production team over the course of three of the show’s Northern episodes. In the Beaver and Beluga episodes, he spent most of his time helping coordinate logistics and operations behind the scene, but check out the Caribou episode to meet him and his family- you’ll be happy you did. Jimmy’s certainly a guy you want with you- both in town and on the land.
